One of the simplest and effective way to remove stress is to take a break. Take a vacation. And since year end festive season is round the corner, why not remove your stress and at the same time, make your family happy by bringing them to Disneyland, Florida?
Or if you go on frequent vacation, why not consider vacation home Orlando.
Have an awesome vacation by getting lazy. Forget about making phone calls, seeing advertisements.Just do a simple but effective planning online ==> http://www.moremouse.com
People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan.
Enjoy your holiday and drop some comments here if you love what you find at Orlando.
Hmm, time for me to visit USA again. My last visit there was 12 years ago. Took my family on a 3-week self-drive vacation.

Have you been thinking of starting a business or earning additional income?
Here are 12 excellent traits of entrepreneurs by Perry Marshall, king of Adwords.
Twelve differences between those who dream and those who act:1-Wanna-be’s obsess about ideas. Entrepreneurs obsess about implementation.
2-Wanna-be’s want more web traffic. Enrepreneurs focus on sales conversion.
3-Wanna-be’s focus on positive thinking. Entrepreneurs plan for multiple
contingencies.
4-Wanna-be’s want to get on TV and get “famous.” Entrepreneurs build their
list.
5-Wanna-be’s seek a perfect plan. Entrepreneurs execute and adjust the plan
later.
6-Wanna-be’s wait for their lucky break. Entrepreneurs engineer four, five,
six plans and execute them in tandem, wagering that at least one plan will
get traction.
7-Wanna-be’s fear looking stupid in front of their friends. Entrepreneurs
willingly risk making fools of themselves, knowing that long-term success is
a good trade for short-term loss of dignity.
8-Wanna-be’s shield their precious ideas from harsh reality, postponing the
verdict of success or failure until ’someday.’ Entrepreneurs expose their
ideas to cold reality as soon as reasonably possible.
9-Wanna-be’s put off practicing basketball until they’ve got Air Jordans.
Entrepreneurs practice barefoot behind the garage.
10-Wanna-be’s believe what they’re told, believe their own assumptions.
Entrepreneurs do original research and determine what paths have been
already trod.
11-Wanna-be’s believe they can do anything. Entrepreneurs do what they’re
gifted for and delegate the rest.
12-Wanna-be’s think about the world in terms of COULD and SHOULD.
Entrepreneurs think in terms of IS and CAN BE.
So, what are you? Still obsessing over the how, or are you diving in head first?
Heck, even if you are doing it badly, you are DOING IT and are bound to stumble over sales!

I have added tip#2 and tip #3 at this post. For all subsequent tips on how to manage your men or women, I will just add into this post.
Here is a quick tip to having a great relationship with your women.
Tip#1: Women need a listening ear while men craves for success.
Extremely effective…
When the women is facing a problem, she will talk and talk and talk about it, often adding topics not related. Most men make the mistake of offering some solutions. Guys should just maintain eye contact, nod your head once in awhile and keep quiet. Women need to talk as a means of relieving the stress, that’s all.
For the women, the best tip to handling your man…don’t tell them what to do. Man strive on being successful. Compliment them on their success, no matter how small. And see how they will start doing things for you.
Two opposite worlds call for two opposite actions. Try them.
Tip#2:Ladies, vent off your anger here!
I just came across this site which is awesome for ladies who need to let go off your anger.
It is also a great site for women to chat with each other on almost any topic.
For men, do pass the site to your ladies ( so that you don’t have to always ‘face the music’).
Here’s the site==> http://www.cafemom.com/group/3740
Tip#3: Ladies go ‘merry go round’ while men just say ‘yes or no’.
The same article is found here==>Dr Mel Gill but it is worth repeating here.
If you have seen the cockpit of an aircraft, you would have seen the many knobs, controls or dials that are present. Each must be set to the right setting before the plane can take off or land. That is how a women think or decide. And that is how often women can multi-task or talk about multiple subjects at one go.By now, men, you should get the picture..when the woman is unhappy, they will inject unrelated topics into the conversation.
Now look at your home light switch. It moves in two direction only, up or down.(Err, you don’t have one that moves sideways, do you?). That is how men think. And that is why when we are unhappy, we do not talk so much.

I was pleasantly happy to hear Dr Mel Gill giving a talk at the recent IMI2 held in Singapore Oct 12th to 14th.While most of the speakers talk about internet marketing, Dr Mel shares his wisdom on emotional mastery, a vital component in anything we do.
Dr Mel is a friend whom I have not seen for the past 3 years. He is a psychotherapist, psychologist and a famous TV/radio personality in Asia.A certified and licensed nlp master trainer, Dr Mel is also the the Founder of the Master Trainer Institute of New York and the President of the American Association of Master Trainers. He has been recognized by the Business Times and The Sentinel as the World’s #1 Asian American Motivational Speaker.Dr. Gill is now the President of the American Board of NeuroLinguistic Psychology.Dr Gill used to host a motivational talk show over radio in Singapore for 7 years. He is the author of a book “Uncommon Sense”
Here are the valuable notes that I took down….
His talk is full of witty jokes but each joke carries a powerful message.
- He showed us two interesting picture. As I do not have the picture, a similar example would be to imagine the controls of a plane or the cockpit. Can you see all the dials, knobs and gauges? That, my friend, is how a women thinks and makes a decision. Hence to control a women, you need to understand on how all the dials work together.
Now imagine another picture…your home light switch. How does it look? Just a flab or button that works in up or down. That, ladies and gentlemen, is how man thinks. So ladies, see how easy it is to control a man?
Well, you can hear the laughter of the audience when they were shown the two pictures. But in real life, that is how man and woman operate. Understand the picture and you will improve your communication or relationship with the opposite sex.
- One in four people in the world suffers some form of mental illness.
- The mind will complete any idea with up to 80% negative input.
- What the brain cannot see or understand, it deletes. He gave 3 sentences that demonstrates this. A volunteer from the audience was asked to read the statements and indeed he missed out some of the words. The words that was ‘deleted’ from his brain as he read the sentences was the letter ‘the’.
- As we grow older, our knowledge increases.( Do read my earlier post ‘can you become a millionaire‘.The last paragraph resonates well with what Dr Mel is saying).
- A graph was shown on the chances of man winning an argument with a lady. During dating, the success rate is 80%, during engagement, it is 50% and after marriage, it is 0%. Gee, how nice if you can visualize the graph. Very impactful.
- 13 traits of successful entrepreneurs were shown. To him, the most important trait is on ’self direction and unrelenting commitment to goals’.(If you are a non-believer in goals, please read another one of my earlier posts on goal setting secrets to help you achieve your goals).
- For those interested in nlp, a good introductory book is “Introducting NLP” by Joseph O Connors.
- He is now filming a show, The Meta Secret with Bob Proctor and Dr Michael Beckwith ( the teachers from TheSecret Movie ) and is expected to be released at the beginning of Jan 08.
He ended the talk explaining his new franchise programs. At early stages of launching worldwide.
Dr Mel is back in Singapore to open a new office with new product launches.
I had the privilege to attend his grand opening of his new office on 20 Oct.
Will be talking to one of his partners on the business aspect in the next few days and will do another posting then.
P/s: Some of us got free motivational posters which are ‘neuroactive’, like subliminal effect and a free neurophonics cd at the IMI2 seminar.

If you have watched ‘Thesecret’ movie or believe in feng shui or metaphysics, then you know about energies. Each day, good energy will flow in one direction. So next time you are attending a meeting or meditating or surfing on line to make money, do your best to face the good direction so that you absorb the positive flow.
Carry a small compass along. There are those that you can clip to your watch.
And here are the directions to face for the next few days. ( taken from my almanac that is prepared by a feng shui master):
11 Oct, Thurs- NorthWest
12 Oct, Fri- West
13 Oct, Sat- West
14th Oct, Sun-West
Hmm, I guess it will also enhance my experience when I am in bed…making love.Just need to face the direction.Luckily I have a king-size bed so that there is enough space to face any directions.
If you would like weekly updates on the good direction, post a comment so that I will just do that.
P/s: I am attending a 3-day seminar by Jo Han Mok starting tomorrow.May not respond in the next few days.

One of Anthony Robbins‘ tools is on the power of questions. It is very simple to apply, yet many people fail to realize the power.Use questions to alter your state of your mind, at any moment in time.
Well, this might have happened to you or to your friends……
Imagine yourself at the beach, with the cool breeze gently brushing your face and you can hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping and the wonderful scenery of the sea captivating your eyes.
Then at the corner of your right eyes, something caught your attention. As you turn to face it, your eyes almost popped out!
It is the most beautiful, most majestic 3-story bungalow house that you have even seen. As you continue to admire it, you cannot help but to run towards the house to get a closer view.
As you are getting nearer, you notice that actually there is a banner and it says… “For Sale”. You have always wanted to get a house by the beach and this particular house seems to the dream house that you have been searching all these years.
Then it happens…you asked yourself… “It looks expensive, I can’t afford it.” With that, you turn around, with your head and shoulder dropping, you walked away. Or should you say this… “How can I afford this beautiful house?” Comparing the two statements, which statement will drive you to take action to achieve your desire.
Using questions or quality questions, we can actually manage or turn-around a situation for the better.
“The quality of our life is a direct reflection of the quality of questions we asked ourselves”. This is one tool that you can implement immediately. It is simple yet powerful and effective.
Always ask a better quality question. One that will empower you, not disempower you. Another example, if you are thinking ” I don’t earn enough.” Try changing it to “ What has to happen so that I can double or triple my income.” Can you detect a shift in your emotions?
Whenever you catch yourself asking disempowering questions, just add the power phrase ” what has to happen….”
For the rest of the week, write down disempowering questions and convert them to empowering questions.
Bonus tip: You have to write out your thoughts with pen and paper and not just thinking out aloud in your mind.
Reason no 1: More than 60,000 thought cross our mind daily. By writing it down, our sub-conscious mind will pay more attention to it.
Reason no 2: You can have fun with the process. After re-phrasing it with empowering questions, cross out or scratch the old disempowering question or stab at it a few times. Then write the empowering question a few times. You may get instant solutions or insights as you write and you would want to take advantage of momentum to write down the new ideas immediately.
Reason no 3: You can keep a journal and then write a book or an ebook about your success journey in life.
Here are some quality questions that you can ask yourself anytime of the day to uplift you: As you think of the questions, recall them using all the five senses if possible. Take a deep breath as you start.
Ready? Let’s begin.
- What are my some of my best achievements in the past?
- What are some of the best compliments or praises did I get in the past?
- When was the last time that I had such a good laugh that tears roll down my cheeks from over-laughing?
Grab a copy of Anthony Robbins book at your nearest book store or online from Amazon.
Your life will never be the same again.

Mr X used to work in the armed forces for 30 years and retired as a senior officer. Then he worked in a company holding a senior executive post.Eventually a new CEO came onboard and one day, suddenly the new CEO told him that his assistant will take over and that Mr X was asked to retire. Prior to the new CEO, the previous one liked his work.
It was a huge shock for Mr X, who is passed his sixties. What angered him was the fact that his feelings were not taken into account in the process.
Actually Mr X don’t really need the money. His two children are married and he has a pension from the armed forces. Mr X wanted to continue working because it keeps him healthy, fit and active.
As you read the story, what lessons can you gather?
For me, the story resonates well on the part where I would want to work as long as I can as it keeps my mind active, even when I am financially independent.
Another lesson that I learned is that as employees, it is good to have alternatives or second income as contingency or running concurrent as we never know when we will get the boot. No matter how stable or how high your salary, it is best to have backup plans.I know because I was laid-off before. And I lay-off employees before too. Both are unpleasant experiences.
So in case you miss my earlier “can you become a millionaire” article, do take a peep at it.
The message that I am trying to suggest there is that it it best to have a second source, especially if you are an employee.
And to consider some form of onlinebusiness as an option simply for the reason of us being physically weaker as we gets older and older while our mind is yet active.
So what happened to the CEO who had asked MrX to retire? He was asked to step down and left the company before he reach 60.
( Source of story: The Straits Times, dated 6 Oct 2007)
If you are an entrepreneur, you would appreciate networking with people to expand your circle of contacts. Recently, while surfing the net, I discovered Gobala Krishnan and he has come a long way in his journey in internet marketing.
If you are a newbie, like me, in starting an Internet Home Business , Gobala has been kind enough to allow link exchange. He has many tips and the two most important ones that I learned from him is to focus on what the market needs, not wants. The other great tip is to focus more on strategic than tactical.
And if you review his blog, he will link you back and send you tons of traffic.
