Me and a group of like-minded internet gurus(... I mean gurus
to be) are working on launching an ebook on forex.

And a member wrote the following to remind the group about  how
to communicate or influence.

It is a universal tool as it can be used as long as you are
talking to someone, I'd thought it is good to share it with you.

Here goes...

Below is secret tip from a famous modern day
guru and an ancient saga on how to get what you want:

"One essential tenet of NLP is that the meaning of your
communication is the response that you elicit. The responsibility
in communication rests upon you.If you try to persuade someone
to do one thing, and he does the other, the fault was in your
communication.You did not find a way to get your message tru.
This is absolutely critical in anything you do."

It is written by someone who has coached Bill Clinton, Nelson
Mendela and Russia's ex-president, Gorbachev and a top tennis
champion( forgot his name).

And here is the long version that happened long time ago.
Hmm, NLP already in practice back then.

Long, long ago, in BC476-221, there live a great man.
He presented his great work ( 13 chapters) to the emperor, Wu
Helu and the emperor like his work.
The emperor asked, 'Can I use them on women as well?'

The answer is yes, of course. So the emperor summon 180 girls
from the palace and divide them into two groups.Each led by his
favorite concubine.
So the great man ask the girls' 'Do you know your left, right,
front, back?'
"Yes" .
The great man then told some soldiers on standby " Be prepared
to punish those who disobey" and then he turned to the girls and
told them to listen carefully and do as he command.
The drummer beat his drum ( dong, dong, dong).
The great man waved his flag and shouted 'Turn right'.
Instead of turning right, the girls started to giggle and laugh.
He then said " Failure to give orders which the troops can
remember by heart is the commander's fault'.
"Alright, I will give the command once more.Look forward when I
'front'.To the left when I say 'left', to the right when I say
'right'.
'OK, get ready, make no mistakes this time.'
The drum sounded once more ( dong, dong, dong).
"Left", shouted the wise man.
The response?...more laughter.
He pulled his flag to his side and said 'failure to give clear
orders and instructions is the commander's fault. But after the
commander has given the orders and instructions clearly, the
soldiers are to blame if they choose not to obey.
"Guards, kill those who disobey.Spare the girls but not their
leaders.
Everyone was shocked!
The king told him " I know you are a good commander but I don't
want to lose my two lovely concubines"

He replied, " No, since I am your commander, you should not
interfere when I am disciplining my troops'.
"Guards, execute them in public!"
The wise man then appointed two new leaders from the group to lead
the group.
He then gave the command "March forward'.
Marching to the beat of the drums, none dared to giggle this time.
He then turned to the emperor and said " They are well trained and
ready for your inspection, your highness".
The emperor asked him to disperse them as he is in no mood to
inspect them.
Although the emperor is unhappy, he appointed the wise man as the
General.
The tiny state then attacked the Chu in the west, Qi and Qin
states in the north and many victories are won.

The modern day guru is Anthony Robbins and the ancient guru is Sun
Tze (Art of War).

But wait!

A few years ago I attended a seminar by Anthony Robbins where there was a live demonstration on how women can attract men without fail.
When volunteers were asked, there were quite a large number of ladies that wanted to go up to the stage.
Eventually some were chosen.
The male audience were then asked questions on which ladies were appealing to them.
Questions on their dressing, appearance and so on.
One by one the volunteers were eliminated.
Eventually, the most appealing lady that won the majority of the votes from the male was the  one that appears sexy.
Sexy in the way she moves and dance.

So ladies, to maintain a healthy relationship with your man, always remember to look sexy whenever you can.
Sexy lingerie is  a great way to fire  up  your spouse.
And try wearing sexy boots too.

There is an Asian saying that says ‘when you want to pass motion, then only you find the toilet’.Just imagine that you are in a foreign country and no one knows your language.And then suddenly you have a stomach pain. The message of the saying is that typically, we tend to react to situations but a better option is to plan first.

Here is one thing that we cannot avoid… becoming old eventually.
And if you want to live a graceful and meaningful life during your golden years,do you plan now or wait till old age, like the Asian saying?

Do you know what is the life of a typical senior citizen?
Do you know the top 3 illness that will occur when you reach old age?
Do you have sufficient funds for retirement?
Where do you find clubs or communities to support your golden year?

So do your planning.The internet is the best place to search for nursing homes.
Even if you do not require a nursing home, do you know of someone that needs one?
Do your part in sharing.

As human beings, we naturally will love other beings. Do you love your friends, partner,spouse,colleagues,strangers,children,film stars and so on.
Do you not go to the extra mile to please your spouse or your friends?
Do you not make the extra effort to ensure your kids are well-brought up?

Among all the human beings, who do you love most?

You see him or her everyday, especially in the morning…in the mirror. Yet most people tend to neglect the most important person in your life…YOURSELF.
Learn to love yourself more and by doing so, you will inspire others to love other human beings.

If you are not interested to love yourself, at least do it for your children.They will sub-consciously model after your behaviour.
Or even worse, when they grow up, they may marry the person that lacks your good behaviour or marry the person that have your current bad behaviour.

So start to love yourself more. No, not more but rather passionately. Not only for you but for your loved ones.

If you want to date somebody, isn’t it natural that you try to find out as much as possible about him or her?
It is time for you to re-discover yourself.

By now, you would have realised that the key to being happy is to love yourself first before you can love others or before others can love you.

Here is a quick tip to having a great relationship with your women.
Tip#1: Women need a listening ear while men craves for success.
Extremely effective…
When the women is facing a problem, she will talk and talk and talk about it, often adding topics not related. Most men make the mistake of offering some solutions. Guys should just maintain eye contact, nod your head once in awhile and keep quiet. Women need to talk as a means of relieving the stress, that’s all.

For the women, the best tip to handling your man…don’t tell them what to do. Man strive on being successful. Compliment them on their success, no matter how small. And see how they will start doing things for you.

Two opposite worlds call for two opposite actions. Try them.

Tip#2:Ladies, vent off your anger here!
I just came across this site which is awesome for ladies who need to let go off your anger.
It is also a great site for women to chat with each other on almost any topic.
For men, do pass the site to your ladies ( so that you don’t have to always ‘face the music’).

Tip#3: Ladies go ‘merry go round’ while men just say ‘yes or no’.

If you have seen the cockpit of an aircraft, you would have seen the many knobs, controls or dials that are present. Each must be set to the right setting before the plane can take off or land. That is how a women think or decide. And that is how often women can multi-task or talk about multiple subjects at one go.By now, men, you should get the picture..when the woman is unhappy, they will inject unrelated topics into the conversation.
Now look at your home light switch. It moves in two direction only, up or down.(Err, you don’t have one that moves sideways, do you?). That is how men think.And that is why when we are unhappy, we do not talk so much.
